Web-base Website Metrics Reporting Tool

**I need a web-based PHP application that will create a website data report for visitors.**

Here is how I envision the report working:

Visitor enters their URL and 2 Keywords/Keyphrases

And a report is created that gives Google PageRank, Back Links, and Indexed Pages and website SERP position for each of the Keyword/KeyPhrases across approximately 20 datacenters.

### The report would also give show:

* MSN Back links, Indexed pages, and website SERP position for each of the Keyword/KeyPhrases

* Yahoo Back links, Indexed pages, and website SERP position for each of the Keyword/KeyPhrases

* Yahoo Linkdomain backlinks

* Deep Link Percentage: Formula = Total Links to Domain - Homepage Links / Total Links

### Other Requirements

* During peak usage, this app may get 3000 to 4000 searches a day so it must be built so the report does not take forever to build for each user query

* To make app search engine friendly, I need the ability to import multiple Proxy IPs via some type of backend as needed. Proxys that fail or time out more the 2 or 3 times should be removed from the list. Transparent proxies should be detected and eliminated.

* When total working proxies fall below 10 I should get a warning email that more proxies should be added.

* I need backend access to add or remove datacenters queried as needed.

* SERP link postion needs to only check first 100 results.

* Mouseover tooltips that explain what PR, Back Links, Indexed Pages, Yahoo Linkdomain, and Deep Link Ratio are. (I'll provide the definitions)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
