C MFC App to copy [login to view URL]

There are many files in Vista that cannot be copied even with VSS snapshots. This project is to write a small tool to copy files like [url removed, login to view] on a live Vista computer.

I will test the application on the following file:

c:\Users\All Users\Microsoft\Search\Data\Applications\Windows\[url removed, login to view]

The tool should be simple

[url removed, login to view] source destination

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

C MFC only with no .NET code. Must be able to run without installing any runtime environments like .NET.
