Personalized QR reader

The software needs to run on the Blackberry of my employees.

We are a rental company and needs to track all the products and who install them to the customer.

All the items on my warehouse will be marked with a QR code with in it: type of product, serial number, other.

The software has to do this:

The employess run it (with a fast button, let's say the button on the left side of the Blackberry) and the software has to be ready to read the code. Once it has read it, it needs to send it by email to a recipient.

The recipients doesn't have to be on the QR but it needs to be setup on the software click the men? button where in the software and setup the destination recipient.

In the men? there has to be thees voices:

- REPLACE:

i need this voice so if an employee needs to replace an items it has already scanned (because the items doesn't work any more and needs to be replaced with a new one). As soon as the employee click on "replace" the software needs to read the old code, ask the employee to chose between these options:

- items broken

- other (text field)

and send an email with the QR code and the option choosen, then it has to be ready to read the new QR code.

- REMOVE:

the software has to read the QR code and send the email with the in the body the word "REMOVE" (or whatever, I don't have the server software yet)

- ADD:

the software has to give the employee 2 option:

- insert the customer's name

- ask the employee to scan a QR code of a product the customer already has (to know who the customer is) and than it has to scan a new QR code and send an email with in the body: CUSTOMER: the first QR code scanned (or the name of the customer quoted by the employee; and then the new QR code.

The very important thing, a MUST, is that the software has to be VERY FAST and as soon as I open it it has to scan codes without ask for any other input.
