Chinese to English - about 500 words (3000 Chinese characters)

I'm looking for a native Chinese to English translator to translate about 3000 Chinese characters to English. Note that it will be about 500 English words after the translation. I will pay according to translated English words, not according to Chinese characters count.

Need high quality human translation only. Google or AI translations are not allowed and will be rejected.

Need this to be done within 20 hours of awarding the project.
