Sacback was new to Freelancer.com so I thought I was taking a risk, but I could not be happier with the process and results. Sacback offered multiple ways to reach him (email, IM, Skype). We discussed the project first to make sure it was fully understood, set Milestones which he met and then exceeded. I had a couple of tweaks that I did not specify in the job (my fault), but he quickly made the changes. He did all the Drupal development, but also graphics, roles, permissions, newsletters, used modules I specified and then helped populate the site with filler content so I knew what to change. Very good communicator, very responsive (several emails per day), quick and accurate work. *Excellent* experience with Sacback and I will definitely use him again.
