Hello, I am having difficulties in successfully downloading the SPSS software to my computer. I need technical support. My issue is where I attempt to transfer the" lservrc" file to the SPSS bin. You can visibly see the file there however when I then open SPSS Statics I continue to see the following error codes as noted on the screenshot that I have attached to this job description. I need someone to remotely access my computer (via zoom) and properly install SPSS. Once the software is successfully installed I just need you to transfer a data set that I have as an excel format into SPSS.
