LCD screen attached on the beagle board through the s-video port does not turn on.

Hello to everyone. I'm trying to use this LCD panel + kit touch screen on the beagle board rev C4 bought from special computing : [url removed, login to view]:B:EOIBSA:IT:1123 It seems that I have attached every hardware component correctly,but the LCD screen does not turn on. It is attached to the beagle board through the S-video port.
