I need a php-translation-file translated from ENGLISH in SPANISH

No knowledge of PHP is needed though.

There are approximately 4 A4 pages, of which a quarter is the same and can be done through the search and replace function.

I need a GOOD translation though so automated translations are unacceptable. Therefore native speakers are preferred. Accuracy is much more important than speed to me.

I have been seriously insulted and stunned last time by people who really think that it is acceptable to bid without knowledge or skill.
