I'd like to have a clock that shows the date and time in a small always on top window. When you hover over it, the options page shows up. There are options to set the system clock, Timers for alarm clock function, 12/24 hour format, Digital/analog, fonts, colors, size, DST/ST, Time since last boot up, I want it to be able to keep the exact time since I use K9 to get NTP broadcasts. Option to access to set system clock by pushing a button, or at intervals. Whenever you move the clock, position will be save in a disk file, so that on next startup, it start at the proper position. I have an application that supports multiple time zones. Each user has the ability to select their local time zone. This works great when on standard time, but runs into issues when on Daylight Saving Time. I am looking for an approach to have the system automatically detect DST and make the appropriate adjustment. All 24 time zones should be supported including those that have 1/2 hour adjustments.
