I want to hire a Siemens PLC Programmer for a site in India. PLC used : Siemens 200 Smart HMI : KPT 700 System is a Pneumatic Conveying System. Required for 2 days. All data ready, need to fine tune a system before Handover.

I looking to purchase a Baluff BCW0004 Capacitive Liquid Level Sensor with an IO Link Amplifier. Need assistance figuring out what other pieces of equipment I need and also need help programming a simple SCADA/HMI to read the liquid level in a container and store the data. I am not sure if I need a plc or not.

I have completed a working prototype of my device and I now need a Schematic and PCB design. This device takes pictures from an external camera and transmits them online to a server. The device uses SPI, I2C, CS, Ethernet, SDCard, RTC, HMI Screen. Don't worry about the HMI it will just need a plug available for interfacing via serial and power. External ports will consist of the following: 1xPrimaryPowerPort, 1xUSB-B, 1xRJ45-Ethernet, 4xRJ45-Custom Use, 4xExternalPowerPorts(port type can be adjusted at the designers recommendations). A second simpler PCB board will be needed consisting of the following: 1xPIR, 1xRJ45, 1xPowerPort, and a 1x8 plug for the camera.
