This is an easy, short code (maximum 20 lines) which needs to be translated from Fortran to Matlab. The code was presented in a scientific paper that deals with thermodynamics/physics. However, I do not care about theory since it is my job, however, I just need a simple translation. Values will be provided to prove that the code is working. I have been given an old Fortran program (exe) requiring an old OS (DOS/WIN 3.1) plus an extended memory program (). It converts ASCI text (climate data) into a specific data file. We have an older application that we need to compile and run on our ubuntu 10.04 machine. The application is composed of several shell scripts which may need to be modified along with several pieces of fortran code. Some dependencies may not be included in the following .tar package and some research/reverse engineering/script creation may be necessary in order to compile the fortran source code. I have few matlab files that I intend to convert to Fortran. The program calls few functions. Some of these functions will be provided so it will give an idea about the variables which they are mostly complex numbers. Real variables are double precision. ## Deliverables I have uploaded all both Matlab and already verified Fortran code. Please take into consideration this is the full project.
