So here is my IDEA :) using Raspberry Pi or Arduino to count how many hours the machine is working, create a log file and send this file to email once a week and once a month. Which means that the device (Raspberry or Arduino) will have a module connecting it to internet. I have flashed android Q on my hikey960. Everything looks good except wifi hotspot. I am using HAL and wpa_supplicant. wifi feature is working fine but wifi hotspot is not working. When I try to start wifi hotspot, hostapd service is not registered and getService() returns null. Already tried to register in and , but dint work. Basically () is giving exception, and is unable to communicate to wpa_supplicant. Even tried with increasing the timer value, still unable to fetch (). I have a small Python program that runs on Raspberry Pi and I'm using Pyrebase to handle the Firebase database connection. I am having issues with the code hanging when there is a connection error (ie: if wifi disappears, if Firebase has a server error, etc.).
