Complete Adult Webcam Site (Ready made?)

I want to build a complete adult webcam site similar to cams.com. It will have a member page and a model page. The members will access entering a pin code which have credits for use on the site or access directy within a valid ip that is in a database. All visitors can see the performers page, select one to chat and see the model webcam. If they want to go to private must have to log with pin. The performers can log into the system and chat with members. Performers could have an option to kick off any member. If you have already done something similar, I am interested to know. I don't need anything fancy. Just a solid site with all of the standard features. This payment terms for this project are as follows: 1. 25% paid once everything is integrated on my server and we have entered into a beta testing period for the performers; 2. 50% is paid upon project completion; 3. 25% is paid 30 days after project completion assuming all bugs have been worked out. $2000 maximum! I need someone that has done this before and can easily replicate.
