Add auction facility to existing classified advertising site

I need someone reliable, honest and trustworthy to do this work. Bids are welcome from freelancers who have yet to win a project, looking for a break, and a great review. If the successful bidder delivers on their promise, then there is indeed the potential of more work, if we can get people to sign up to the site that you are going to modify. The classifieds site, complete with a payment tracking system, is all working and several thousand dollars has been invested already into this particular work so I am reluctant to throw it all away and replace it with a new site. I have also been let down very badly by some other freelancers who have been promising me for several months they will complete this work and being a very patient person, I have given them a lot of opportunities but I can't afford to wait any longer. The existing site is at [login to view URL] and I am also open to new suggestions about how to make the landing page more exciting. I want to add auctions to this existing site. The database has been developed in MSSQL Server 2005 and the application pages are in ASP.NET 2.0 running on IIS 6.0. At this stage of the game, I would much prefer to get the existing site working, with auction, before looking at upgrading work. If we can make the site look really attractive and inviting, and get memberships, then there will be ongoing work for the successful bidder.
