Topic: Current Change Management Theory Task Details: Students need to research current change management theory (academic journal articles) to: • successfully research a range of current academic journal articles related to change management, • explain clearly what current research literature is saying about change management, • clearly interpret it to demonstrate understanding and be able to explain what it means in terms of today’s organisations, • draw supported conclusions as to the validity of current change models. Students need to format their research, analysis and conclusions into a professionally presented, 2000 word report. Research Requirement: Students need to support their analysis with support from the text and a minimum of 8 academic journal articles – other suitable, reliable, current and academically acceptable sources may also be used. Students may use the articles form Section 2.6 above, but better research marks will be awarded for students who do their own independent, relevant research. Presentation: 2000 + 10% word report format – Word .doc or .docx Title page, executive summary, table of contents, appropriate headings and sub-headings, recommendations, reference list (Harvard – Anglia style), attachments if relevant.
