Synopsis: In this project, a passive RF surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices will be designed and fabricated. The Radio frequency signal will be generated from a signal generators, and the device will receive the remote signal and then use internal antenna to send out the feedback signals. RF remote communications will be demonstrated. The SAW devices are made using piezoelectric materials.
