We are looking for a legal or accounting professional to provide a strategy for company structure setup to maximise asset protection, and be tax effective. The proposed structure would involve various entities including holding company, trading company, etc A knowledge of Australian ASIC proceedures are required. There is possible scope for work on a longer term basis depending on skills and area of expertise.

Hi NetworkAudio, I have significant experience in setting up company structures and aware of ASIC compliance requirements. I have set up new businesses previously which has included completion of required ASIC documents along with relevant ATO (tax file number, GST registration etc) registrations and establishment of company accounting systems.
