I am looking for a CL expert to post ads on Craigslist in the Apartments/Housing section. I am looking for a reliable and very experienced poster who is familiar with Craigslist and its Terms of Service. I would like to post 50-100 ads per day. The ads must be live for at least 48 hours. I will provide ad text, posting titles, category and location. Requirements: -Must have your own PVA accounts, Craigslist accounts and IP addresses (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID). -You must be able to post ads without getting ghosted or flagged. -You will need to monitor your posts to make sure they do not get ghosted, flagged or deleted. If they do, they will need to be re-posted. -Include provided pictures and links to YouTube videos as part of the ad. -Provide a daily email with links to every ad posted that day. Please tell me what your rate would be for 50-100 ads per day. I will pay weekly. Thanks.

I have prior experience in CL Ad posting with sections Housing offered, Resumes, Job, Real estates, for sales-free stuffs in Major US cities like Miami, Los Angeles, Denver, Dallas, Ventura, Orange County, SFO, San deigo, Las vegas, Sacramento and so on. My responsibilities: -------------------- 1. Post 50Ads daily for 30 days on Major cities 2. Sent Status reports on daily basis with links of posted Ads 3. Take care of Ads without getting ghosted for atleast 24 hours after posted, if it happens, repost the Ads. 4. Take care of non-ghosting techniques like IP change, handling various email ids. 5.
