Android NDK/JNI expert *ONLY* - Upgrade cSipSimple to PJSip 2.5.5

Please do NOT bid on this if you are not a *MASTER* in Android Native Development. The objective of this project is to successfully build (/upgrade) the CSipSimple open source project with the latest PJSip library (2.5.5 currently) and to deliver the full source code (JAVA + patched C-code) so that I can verify by making/building myself. You have to be absolutely fluent in C/C++ otherwise you will NOT be able to complete this in a reasonable time frame. The new PJSip version contains a number of breaking changes and you need to manually work your way around those by patching the c-source accordingly. If you ask for mock ups or wire frames in your bid then I will immediately disregard it as you will then have demonstrated that you have failed to understand what this project is about. Make sure to start your bid with the sentence "Yes, I have!" so that I have a way of filtering generic bidding spam.
