I have 15 psd files for an app user interface, I'm looking for someone who can turn them into android resource files carefully without compromising original quality and must be responsive on each screen resolution including tablets. Developer is required to provide resource files along with a dummy app so that I can test it on various devices. No functionality required, Just a bone app that can be given to any developer to begin coding the actual functionality without thinking about interface at all. type "boom" in your proposal to prove you have read till the last line.
