To be very frankly I would like to say that, I can convert .swf to any other required format but it is complete gambling to commit to change the size of video to HD. Conversion depends on original size. If original size is too small that it is not so possible to stretch video but if size and resolution is pretty higher then it can be done. Before doing any commitment I must see your atleast one video. Thus I dont want to misguide you by bidding randomly.
