Hi there, my name is Geoffrey, I'm running a small studio in Malaysia providing top notch 2D animation services to online clients like you. Everyone likes zombies and I think your idea will definitely get some attention when the animation is published. But I have some questions regarding the details of the project: 1. Are there any voice over or talking going on in the animation? Are you going to record the narrations? 2. How about the music and sound effects? 3. Do you have the character designs done up and ready to be animated? 4. How many characters will there be in this animation? 5. How many locations/backgrounds are there? If none of the above are ready, then I think $1500 (not including freelancer fee) will not be enough to cover all the expenses. However, nothing is fixed and can always be discussed.
