Animation for a mechanical automation design

I need you to animate one automation process. The process is mostly done manually but we automated it . So basically you need to make an animation of the process in three stages. Below link shows a worker doing the process manually: The automation process of the work done by the worker could be done in three stages... 1. With the help of a piston put the grease inside the pinion gear. 2. With the help of another piston it should stack 29 needles on sideways and turn it the other side. 3. Put washer ring on the middle of the pinion gear as shown in the manual process in the video. 4. Repeat step 2. And how every part should look like is shown in the pictures I uploaded... You can make the piston part as you wish just I need a working model of this process, its upon you to modify or change some parts.
