Complete and integrate VB 2008 forms(repost)

I have two separate solution files to a project done in Visual Basic 2008. I need the two parts integrated into a finished version. The two parts, as well as the guidelines to the project, are in the attached zip. I need the project to be completed to the specific guidelines in the files [login to view URL] and specific_guidelines.txt. They should for the most part already meet those guidelines, but I need them checked. Also, the "credit card option" (Form 7 in part 2) needs to be completed. Please add comments to anything you add or change. I need this completed within 30 hours, so I am of course willing to pay more for expediency. Please give an estimate of how long it will take you in the bid. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
