Deliver / Producing Natural CORK BARK-TUBES (cortiça / canudos)

We are searching for someone who can supply us with regular orders of natural cork bark tubes. We are a in Germany located shop for pets. The cork bark pieces will be used for rodent and reptile (terrarium). All big cork suppliers in Portugal are not able to deliver the pieces custom-made (cut to the right size) - they just deliver cork bark per kg. So we are searching for a small company, that´s able to produce cork bark pieces custom-made. !!! The pieces must be accurate cut to size and without a slit !!! First we need 2 different kind of sizes: 1.) cork tube length: 60, INNER-Diameter: 11-14 cm 2.) cork tube length: 60, INNER-Diameter: >15 cm It´s important that the tubes are old rotten cork bark. Not peeled from the tree trunk. So that they have no slit. Please find 4 pictures attached of the wrong and the right product for a better understanding. For first time we would like to have 1-2 full pallets. The pieces must be loaded on a pallet. After finishing the order, we will organise the pickup. Alternative: you are able to send the bark to Germany. If the order come up to your expectations, we will order this amount every 2nd month!
