Coprorate Identity/Design and Website Development of a Corporate Design and Web Site according to the brand attributes. The job is split into two parts. We expect up to five iterations for the first and five for the second part. Company We are a startup company. Our business is ticket sale for passenger transportation with the focus in young travelers. Budget This is a fix price project with the budget of 400 Euro. Timeline The job is to be done within 4 weeks. Process When you consider a bidding, please give examples of your work as well as your CV. After the bidding round is finished, we will make a short list of three candidates and provide additional information of the brand, design examples and content. We expect to receive a draft of your logo ideas. This and your work examples will be our basis of our decision. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). We insist on the total assignment of all intellectual property of the deliverables to us. Therefore, assignor does hereby sell, assign, and transfer to us, its successors, the entire right, title and interest in and to the copyright in the Work and any registrations and copyright applications relating thereto and any renewals and extensions thereof, and in and to all works based upon, derived from, or incorporating the Work, and in an to all income, royalties, damages, claims and payments now or hereafter due or payable with respect thereto, and in and to all causes of action, either in law or in equity for past, present, or future infringement based on the copyrights, and in and to all rights corresponding to the foregoing throughout the world. Deliverables Part 1 deliverables are: • Logo that reflects clearly the company’s service, corporate mission and brand attributes in various layouts: Logo in color and black&white, logo with claim for letterhead, email signature and business cards • Typography Selection of free fonts for corporate communication, which are easy to use in Word, Powerpoint and web site • Color schema Which represents the philosophy of the company Part 2 deliverables are: • Template for Word o Header, footer, table of content, lists and numerations including usage instructions • Template for Powerpoint o Front page and content page including usage instructions • Web site layout in HTML 4.01/CSS for the current browsers (Firefox 3.0 and higher, Internet Explorer 7 and higher, Opera and Safari accordingly). o Landing page with 5 different content boxes o Shop checkout process (4 steps) o Content page template for • FAQ, Careers, Press Releases, Contact, Help, Investor relations, Privacy Statement, Imprint, Terms & Conditions, Terms of use, Partners, Special Offers, News • A mobile version of the Website for iPhone, Android phones and BlackBerry, which is reduced to minimum design and high usability for the user. o Landing page with 5 different content sections o Shop checkout process (4 steps) o Content page template for • FAQ, Contact, Help, Privacy Statement, Imprint, Terms & Conditions, Terms of use, Partners, Special Offers, News • Instruction manual for use of CI ## Platform We expect well established graphic design files, i.e. Photoshop, Corel Draw, Indesign formats, Word&Powerpoint 2007 and HTML4/CSS version accordingly.
