Arduino + Traffic Light + Last Call

I work at a small bar and we have this traffic light that indicates when the bar is open (green), last call (yellow), and closed (red). We were talking and would like to build an arduino that when we push a button it would make the traffic light go green. Once pressed again, it would go to "Last Call" which would turn the light yellow and then tie into our sound system and announce "Last Call", then press again to change to red. Finally press one last time to turn off.
