Audio professional needed ASAP! I have ongoing work for someone who is good with audio clean-up. My transcriptionists receive bad audio sometimes and I'm looking for someone to clean it up, remove noise, etc. I'm not expecting you to go through every second of it manually. I was thinking of something like running it through the process, applying a filter, etc. If you are interested and feel you are strong candidate for a job, please let me know: 1. Your experience 2. Your rates 3. Your turnaround time for 1 audio hour This is not a large job, but ongoing. I have many customers who are looking for services we do not provide (like website design, graphic design, photo touch-ups, etc) and if that is something you are interested in doing, I will be happy to shift those tasks to you or recommend you as a provider.

Hi, if you just need these files cleaned up for transcription purposes and not, for example, professional broadcast, I can easily filter them for about $30/audio hour. Typically, I would need a few seconds on each audio file that was just a sample of the background noise. With that sample, it's much easier to filter out the noise from the remainder of the file. I'm experienced with audio editing and have 4 years of radio experience. My turnaround time for one file would be anywhere from a few hours to a day, depending on when I received the file, though typically, I do not work on Saturday evenings or Sundays. 15 years experience in Film TV and Radio. I have all the latest and greatest de-noising filters. Job time should be real-time plus half. In other words, if the program material is 1 hour, estimate an hour and a half. Plus download and upload times.
