Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Ettienne van der Merwe from Cape Town, South Africa. I'm currently running a freelance post production company called "The Noise Recording and Production". Some of my recent work is the audio post production of two PS4 Commercials for a local company, with their holding company in Berlin, Germany and also two Durex commercials. I've recently finished the audio post production work for a local short film, and are busy with a feature film to be released at the end of 2015. My experience spread over a period of 15 years, starting as a sound engineer, manager of a recording studio and eventually owning a recording studio. I've been involved in productions for local government, radio plays and forensic audio work to name a few. I have also released over 120 albums as a producer or engineer, consisting of various music genre's. As far as education goes, I achieved diploma in T3 Light Current Electrical Engineering, which is of immense value in understanding filters, equalization and sound as a general. I consider myself to be a loyal and committed person.I think one of my strengths is my determination when it comes to problem solving.
