Due to increasing demand we are now looking for additional contact centres to run our UK survey outbound process.
CPM will provide the calling data for the surveys and an online portal for agents to input the consumer surveys to in real time.
Centres will be provided daily reports on there performance and relevant reports to allow there QA the insight for there role.
Centres must be able to provide 100% call recordings on a daily basis.
Current pay out per survey is £1.25 this covers complete and incomplete surveys if ratios set are reached. On average agents should hit 4 surveys per hour with the better agents hitting 5.5 +.
Payment is made at the end of the current month.
Centres must be able to commit to a minimum of ten seats to start the process.
