I have some drawings to scale of my first and ground floor levels in my apartment/ unit. The drawings are inPDF. I need to make some ammendments to the document to show "exclusive use" areas of my unit which is the entire lower level floor, and elevated deck. Also, I need to change how some of the rooms are labeled. Example Terrence should be proposed sunroom. Study shoud be labeled bedroom.
Also, we are adding an extension underneath our main floor elevated deck (balcony) -
The extnesion is shown as the Terrace/ Study. THis should say Sunroom/ bedroom.
The document is in PDF it will need to be redrawn exactly as shown in this PDF with the correct markings. Unfortunatley, the draftsman who did this document has disappeared!
Also, we are adding an extension - which is shown on the drawing.
If you can supply the PDF file, I can draft new Autocad Floor Plans in 2010 or 2007 format for your use. I estimate it will take approx. 4-5 hours to complete the plans and make the changes you've listed.
