BCGBC 5001A BCA to Medium Rise Buildings Assignment

 I am currently doing the Builders Registration course in Western Australia. I need to complete an assignment that requires me to covert an existing dwelling to a restaurant that can accomodate up to 70 people (including 5 staff), have 20 parking bays and allow for people with a disability. This needs to be done within the BCA buildings in Western Australia. Full plans will be provided. Submission Requirements: - Out line the requirements to convert your existing house into a shop - Class 6 buildings - Clearly state the intended use of the Class 6 building - shop - Research and list all the relevant clauses from the BCA that your building will need to be assessed againist for submission to your local authority. Include clause members and requirements. - Assess your house as to the changes required to meet the conditions of the BCA - What other permits or approvals will be required to operate the type of business you intend to use the shop for?
