Take an existing and approved space at my house, and redesign so I can make it into a liveable area. CANADA BAY COUNCIL standards. The area is only a rectangle shape (7 X 3 metres) requires a flat room so i can make it into a BBQ area on top. Will require access door to be cut into brick wall will require plumbing re-located will require new footings and i would prefer steel frame and bi-folding doors for access
