Business Plan for Family Law Site

Hello freelancers, I am looking for someone special to help me with my business model, prepare and write a business plan, including marketing research and financial analysis. We will provide with some research and ideas we have already compiled. The business plan is to setup a legal services/online divorce site, similar to [login to view URL], or similar websites, with an integrated appointments system (like [login to view URL]) for local market. Clients (endusers) will be able to schedule an appointment with a lawyer thru the site and be able to fill and download legal documents on site if necessary. I want a market research using publicly available information & databases and also based on some background information provided by me, but must be willing to do your own research. I want original work only. NO templates or business plan software. Financial projections, with proper research by yourself, must be deliverable in Excel. Expect very minimal info contribution from the employer, although will contribute as much as I can. Must also develop, and include, a marketing strategy for the website using web tools and social media. I shall provide you with some background information about the company and business model once you win the project. Qualification of the person I desire: A degree qualified individual, preferably with sound business sense (MBA preferred).
