Business 12 Month Budget Spreadsheet

We are looking at starting a new venture and require an experienced person to assist us to mainly develop a budget forecast for the next 12 months, probably in MS Excel however we are open to suggestions. The spread sheet should include several tabs such as Assumptions, CAPEX, Fixed monthly costs, revenue forecasts, cash flow etc. If possible, some charts as a summary would also be a bonus. We of course will provide basic data that can be used to plug into the spread sheet initially however it is anticipated (by us at least) that as the spread sheet is developed we may need to add line items that we had not considered (unless we are provided with a template that we can populate?) At this stage we are looking for a 12 month budget wish cash flow estimations, break even scenarios and profit estimations based on the data we provide. It would be ideal if we can perhaps have several scenarios (maybe replicate the tabs with different data for sales forecasts etc) Given that there are mainly 2 people that are investing and starting this venture, we would like the spread sheet to have the ability to provide data based on market costs and separately based on actual costs. i.e. If one of the founders will take on the role of ‘receptionist’ for 10 hours a week @ say, $15 per hour we want that to be shown in one area as a normal cost ($150 week) in the budget (to determine the feasibility of the business as a standalone entity) however another report that takes into account that one of the investors of the business is actually performing that task (maybe as a loan account) so there is no initial actual cash outlay required so we can get a realistic picture of the actual cash needed to start on the basis that we do as much as we can initially but again, still require this to be shown as a expense to the business in a different report so we can get an accurate picture of the feasibility if we simply hired staff and did not have a hands on role. The above is mainly what we are after and we would like to be able to for example edit a variable which then would update all related areas of the spread sheet. Once this project is completed, we would be open to a new task that involves a more detailed business plan such as sales strategy, market comparisons, promotion/partner strategy, milestones, marketing, collateral etc. . however, at this stage the key is the 0 – 12 months start up, CAPEX, cash flow, break even etc.
