Design of Media Player

Please only bid on this project if you can show samples and can demonstrate experience in application programming. Budget for this project is only a guide so if you can do it for less, or it will cost more, please state so. Please, please, please don’t spam the bidding with irrelevant information. The media player software needs the following requirements: • To be able to play .mpg or .avi clips • Clips must be able to be played in a particular sequence selected in playlist • Multiple playlists can be created for different times of the day and played automatically • Player should be able to be shown in full screen on selected monitor, (primary or secondary, maybe program reads the Windows display properties and selects which monitor?) Other important features for Media player: Only plays validated files .lcd files • Media player needs to query internet to see if new files played are valid (.lcd files only) • Internet database has all license software with valid playlists • Product to be licensed with a license key obtained from us Other future developments: We can transfer files to any media player by placing IP address into system
