custom automated instant message client

I need a custom instant message client for Myspace and ICQ . I have researched libpurple with pigdin, but I need some customizations. I need a automated program / bot that will send myspace instant messages and ICQ instant messages. Must be able to load a .txt list for Myspace instant message friend ids and for ICQ friend ids. Bot will send messages to those IDs. It does not have to send ICQ and Myspace messages at the same time, but must have functionality for both. I can choose for either myspace or ICQ. I should be able to also load an [login to view URL] file so that bot can sign in to my myspace account to send messages. Bot should be able to hold multiple accounts in the [login to view URL] file and switch accounts after a certain amount of messages are sent. Also same feature for ICQ accounts. I also need the bot to have an ID extractor for ICQ accounts. It should go to the ICQ website, and grab friend ids. I am mostly interested in gathering friends from the ICQ groups. I need this project delivered immediately. I am seeking a coder that is always online and can have constant communication and dedication through this project.
