C++ Payroll Program for Eastern European Programmer

There are series of exercises for payrol program (it is already written in C++). The excercies is attached as pdf file. I need a C++ proficient eastern europen programmer who is excellent in English writing. Task for this project involves with solve the attached exercise questions and being able to provide explanation a code by code. I am particulay looking for east europen C++ programmer, who is very patient and willing to take challenge. End user for this exercise has no prior experience in programming, and thus the user wants to learn C++ by following these series of exercises. Please place your bid only if you can provide explanation for the codes, being able to teach a novice, and if you can finish this project in one week.
