Arduino data transfer

Hi, I am trying to make my arduino box A transfer data to another arduino box B when in close contact with each other. Components: Arduino box A Arduino uno, bluetooth le, NFC/RFID shield, micro sd shield, mirco sd card with its unique 5 digit code stored in it, auto shut off switch. Arduino box B Arduino uno, bluetooth le, NFC/RFID shield, micro sd shield, mirco sd card with its unique 5 digit code stored in it, auto shut off switch. Flow diagram Each arduino is turned on with the press of a button to activate the auto-shut off switch. When the two arduino boxes are in close proximity, the NFC reader on Arduino box A will read the permanent 5 digit code data from the sd card in arduino box B and vice versa. Arduino box A will then save the data from arduino box B onto the micro sd card which will then be transfered to a computer, mobile app or uploaded to a website via bluetooth low energy. Vice versa for Arduino box B. Additional features: led lights to show connection has been made
