Hi, I would love to work with you into your project.
So, you want some modules wired together and a C++ program controlling then?
I'm asking this because a final product would require to design a PCB and a case to keep everything as small as possible - and I think it would require another project by the total of hours that it would take.
the modules:
- the arduino mini ( or any other arduino avr compatible board).
- one gps module (something like the GPS NEO-6M GY-GPS6MV2 Module).
- some level converters (3.7v to 5v, only if not using a 2 cell lipo).
- one wifi, bluetooth or gsm module (if not already integrated into the gps module), your choice.
- one small 1 cell lipo 3.7v (low discharge).
- one lipo charger.
- an external antena would be good.
AND the c++ program to control our gadget.
I did some work with arduino before and this one seems easy, one week work tops.
