Hi, as far as i understand if you wish to have your name removed from online, the best way is to remove things whatever you can from your end. Like say fb, twitter etc..which is related to you and you have control over. The other things i think be best taken care by the police and law enforcement if someone is deliberately using your name and trying to defame you. Better is to consult a lawyer in that regard. This is a small suggestion and not a bid as such. Wishing you that you'll be able to solve this problem pretty soon. All the best.
