Write program in C language to simulate the following IPC problem: the first readers-writers problem. 1)Write comments in source code. 2)Use mutex locks or semaphores to synchronize the processes/threads. 3)The main() function will initialize mutex or semaphores, and create the separate reader and writer threads. Once it has creates the threads, it will sleep for a period of time and, upon awaking, will terminate the application. the main() function will be passed three prarameters on the command line: sleeping time in second, the number of reader and writer threads. Prompt proper message for the arguments and also valid the input. 4)Display messages to show the state of the application. A good way to validate your program is running correctly is to perform some simple output messages. You can experiment with these messages, but in general you want to demonstrate what each thread is doing. Use thread id to identify each thread.
