Build Reports using Visual Studio Report Designer

We are building a reporting website. We have connected Visual Studio to our reporting database so that someone can use Visual Studio's Report Designer to build reports. We have detailed mock-ups of each report. We need someone to use our Visual Studio system to build 7 different reports with 3 geographic versions/levels of each report for a total of 21 unique reports. All of the report metrics are available in the Visual Studio Report Designer so that all you have to do is drag and drop the correct metric in the report and then, using Visual Studio Report Designer, modify the format to match the mock-ups. Each report has about 60 metrics (e.g., a bar chart has current year and prior year which equals 2 metrics). 90% of your time will be spent on adjusting the formatting to match the mock-up. Each report has about 25 metrics represented in a table and another 30-35 represented as bar charts. While there are technically 21 unique reports, the styling, formatting, and layout of the reports are 95% the same across the reports. Accordingly, once you build the first report, the other reports will look 95% the same except you will be grabbing different metrics. We will provide PDF mock-ups of each report as well as our instance of our Visual Studio Report Designer. We need someone who can build this within 2 weeks from the time we provide the PDFs which can be ready as early as Saturday (Sep 13).. While 95% of the work should be performed in Visual Studio Report Designer, there is 5% of the work that will have to be custom C#. There are a few spots on the page where we need to create room to put trend arrows beside the bar charts, something Visual Studio Report Designer can't do. Due to the fact that once you create the first report it will be very quick to create the subsequent reports, we expect the person with the proper background should be able to complete this project in about 30-35 hours.
