Converting an Microsoft Access Form to a C# Windows Form

We have large project to convert a actively used, legacy system based on a Microsoft Access front end (Forms) to a C# Windows Desktop (Forms). It is important for our user base that the new version (C#) looks the same as the existing version. We are looking for a freelancer who wants to take on this project work. In order to ensure that we have the best candidate, we have created a small test project to see if you have the right skills. The successful candidate will then be invited to complete the larger project of form conversions. In the attached Access Database is a form "frmManageStaffRecords". This form holds a multi-tab view which also, on some tabs, contains sub forms. Suggest we use Panels for the sub forms. In Access these are separate and so are separate objects you can access in the database. All the development needs to be completed for .Net 4.5. It should be the same size, colour, look and feel. Any images should be taken out and stored as separate image files. You should note which objects have visibility set to false, the tab order etc. The buttons should be flat with borders. The page tabs should be the same size. What you should return to us needs to be a Visual Studio C# Windows Desktop project containing the fully converted form. When this project loads the form should be loadable and it should look the same as the Access form. At present this is just about Form duplication. There is no additional coding, database coding etc to be done. That will be done later.
