asp.net c# gallery

Need a asp.net webforms 4.0 c# web gallery linq to xml. I prefer speed, ajax and webservice with json for the loading along as its secure. open to alternate methods but gallery must be fast. the pages need to use twitter boostrap only. check with me if a opensource plugin is required or needed. I'm open to that along as it works in all major browsers. must work in ie 7+, firefox and chrome. Here is what I need admin pages (add, edit, delete for all data) 1. category|subcategory page input page. data saved via xml. fields required are category name, parent category (link to parent in same file), description of category and one image up upload 2. gallery items directory page. uses the above to sort a listing of the gallery items used to select and edit item. Also include a add new button 3. after directory, edit/new page for gallery item. input for category|subcategory(drop down from above), title, description, keywords, then one main image upload. Also have the ability to add as many secondary images. XML files should provide best layout for searching in public pages. * image uploads need to be uploaded and resized by width only in mulitple sizes ex 64 width for thumbs, 128, orginal, etc. allow a loop from a dictionary or other that I can add or remove. the file name should be appended to reflect size: ex o_{filename}.jpg, 64_{filename}.jpg, 128_{filename}.jpg, etc. I can explain more i needed public pages: 1. listing all categories and subcategories from the xml file using the media object. [login to view URL] the photo will be the main image 2. once a category or subcategory is selected, a directory page with each gallery item with main thumbnail 3. item display page. show the main image on left with data to right with other images under main in a horizontal scroll. clicking on other images displays in main area via ajax. code classes: there should be a data access layer that reads/writes to xml with a business logic layer for select by category, subcategory, item name, item description or any other that would be useful. I have included some helpers and starters to keep cost down.
