Altcoin with special features.

PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU ARE A MARKETER WE NEED AN EXPERT IN THE FIELD OF P2P Crypro & block chain. We need a very expert and talented C++, P2P, Cryptography, who knows how concurrency works to create an altcoin, innovation features: 1- 100% anonymous transaction without using third party like centralized nodes or servers to mix the coin , it has to be embedded in the protocol it self or to code in the wallet itself, or any other decentralize P2P options.(so the transaction cant be trace from block chain). 2- Encrypted massages system in the wallet with 2 key public key and private key. The source code of the coin can be used from open source at GitHub then modify the source code to achieve the above features. Be aware all open source don have the 2 features which we want.
