Building an Expert Advisor using a Fractal and a MA

Project: Build an Expert Advisor. 1. I want it to work on all timeframes and pairs. 2. I don’t want it to work on Saturday and Sunday. 3. Trades can run 24 hours around the clock Monday through Friday. 4. I want it setup for a Live or Demo Mini Account. 5. I would like to make changes to the Lot size, Take Profit, Stop Loss, Trailing Stops, moving average and so on. Indicators: 1. Fractal (Bill Williams) 2. Moving Average 1. Period: 3 2. Shift: 1 3. MA method: smoothed 4. Apply to: Median Price (HL/2) 5. Yellow line Buy Signal: when the fractal appears at the bottom of a bar AND The current price is above the Moving Average. Take Profit: when a sell fractal appears at the top of a bar or the price reverses 25 pips. Sell Signal: when the fractal appears at the top of a bar AND The current price is below the Moving Average. Take Profit: when a buy fractal appears at the bottom of a bar or the price reverses 25 pips. Notes: 1. If a buy fractal appears and another buy fractal appears in the same trend, ignore the second fractal until a sell fractal appears or the price reverses 25 pips (close order). 2. If a sell fractal appears and another sell fractal appears in the same trend, ignore the second fractal until a buy fractal appears or the price reverses 25 pips (close order). 3. According to trading experts, the Bill Williams Fractal is a lagging indicator. Example: I was watching a chart and a fractal appeared 2 bars later. Is there any way you can get the signal before 2 bars? I guess this is what they mean by the Fractal being a lagging indicator. 4. Since the take/profit will be a signal from a top or bottom fractal, I will still like to edit it from 0 pips to whatever. Example: If I set my T/P to 100 pips but a buy/sell fractal appears first, close this order and take profit. However, if my T/P is set at 25 pips and I arrive at 25 pips, close order and take profit. 5. When to buy/sell after taking profit or closing a buy/sell order. If a buy/sell order is closed because a fractal signal appeared and took profit, then open a new trade at this point if, 1. For buy signal, the current price is above the moving average. 2. For sell signal, the current price is below the moving average. Questions: 1. Do I get to test and make small changes (fine tone) without additional cost? 2. If you think I forgot something, please let me know? 3. How long will it take to complete this project?
