I am migrating from Norada Solve360 to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I am a one man band but have a growing database that needs to be managed more effectively. I have become distrustful with 360 and want integration between CRM platform / outlook / iphone and ipad. This project is about performing some rudimentary tasks to assist in setting me up but also to advise on how to manage data going forward.
Tasks :
1) Migrate data from Solve 360 to Dynamics Online
2) Advise me on set up between Outlook and Dynamics (spent too much time trying to work it out for self - if you are in the know - then please supply short cut)
3) Guidance of repointing of domain names if required to ensure that Outlook and Dynamics speak to each other.
3) Assurance of synchronisation between Dynamics and Outlook
4) Set up basic process flow for lead capture and sales process.....
5) Advice on mobile solutions re ipad and iphone
There are two types of leads:
Referrals or Direct Client Leads. I need to manage both. Direct client leads will have many different products for example - products needing to be coded in now are:
Pitch
Couch
Spotlight
Fast Track
Pre- Investor DD
Business Plan
Strategy Workshop
Capital
Each product should have the following process:
Incoming
Qualified
Proposal
Closure
On Hold
Closed
Won
Each Referral should have:
Incoming
Presentation
Agreement
Won
Lost
Only 1000 contacts in google CRM
Only around 300 in Solve 360 has any data over and above contact data in Google (google and solve sync at basic contact detail level)
