Custom Java Script Module for Lottery Numbers Selection

Hi, We need to create new custom JavaScript module for our Lottery related website. The module is called: “Lottery Numbers Picker”. Please read carefully the following description, technical design and requirements for proper estimation. Please use your custom media queries css to create responsive layout. We don’t need any libraries like bootstrap or foundation!!! Images and Css: You must use image sprites. All the gradients must be implemented with css!!! Buttons must be implemented using css only. Sprites will be provided!!! Browsers compatibility: IE8 should look good! You will be provided with Photoshop .psd file of the design (Please find as attached file) The general process is the following: Step 1. User needs to select 4 sets of recommendation numbers: High Recommendation, Medium Recommendation, Single Recommendation and Bonus Recommendation. Step 2. After recommendation numbers are selected, he needs to select combinations based on this recommendation numbers Step 3. User clicks Save button.
