CAKEPHP - Multiple Fixes

1) Add internal news option to "add news" page that will then only show that news to users of that company. 2) Search has some issues handling special characters. Some companies with special characters do not show up, sometimes searching with special characters provides more results than expected. Also, if you add the same keyword more than once to "appetite" it will show that result first as it is deemed more relevant, opening up a way to show up ahead of other search results. We need to make sure relevance excludes multiple of the same word. 3) Fix system emails, bulk emails, and contact us email. - some system emails do not send, for instance, when a new company registers, it should send an email informing us. This works on developement server but not on our server. Also, the contact us page does not send off an email either. Some system emails do work, but not all. We use sendgrid as our smtp. Also some options in our bulk emailer do not BCC all recipients, we need to have all bulk emails or group emails BCC all recipients instead of showing who the email is being sent to. 4) Remove "Business Partner" link from company profile page and navigation menu. 5) Upload to bitbucket
